Beschreibung
The starting point was a Paris evening seen through glass — the amber of a lit window, the light already warm before it reaches you. Cognac-tinted glass gave that color, and crackle-finishing the surface gave it movement: the fractures run through the glass rather than across it, so a single bulb reads as many small points of light. Each shade was shaped as a bud caught just before opening, and set on brass arms with walnut, the two materials that age rather than date.
Crackle Cognac Glass Buds
Amber-tinted glass shades in a closed-bud form, crackle-finished so the fractures scatter one bulb into many small points of warm light.
Brass Frame, Walnut Accents
A brass body carries the arms and canopy, with walnut detailing warming the metal — a palette that reads vintage without pastiche.
Three or Five Heads
Two widths on the same 13.7″ profile, hung from an adjustable chain so the drop can be set to the ceiling you have.
3 Heads
Ø 28.7″ × H 13.7″
Round or four-seat dining tables, breakfast rooms, bedrooms, and stair landings.
Ø 73 × H 35 cm · 3 × E26 or E27
5 Heads
Ø 31.4″ × H 13.7″
Six-seat dining tables, wide entry halls, and living rooms needing a centered fixture.
Ø 80 × H 35 cm · 5 × E26 or E27
Fixture Type
Hardwired chandelier · chain-hung · three or five heads
Materials & Finish
Crackle-finish glass shades in cognac, brass body and arms, walnut accents. Crackle patterning is formed in the glass, so no two shades fracture alike.
Light Source
One E26 or E27 medium screw socket per head (3 or 5 total) · 40W incandescent or LED equivalent max per socket · warm white 3000K LED bulbs included
Suspension
Hanging chain, 19.7″ / 50 cm adjustable drop · shortenable at install
Mounting
Hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box · licensed electrician recommended
Dimmable
Yes, with a compatible wall dimmer (not included) and dimmable bulbs
Rating
Indoor dry locations only
Care
Wipe glass with a soft barely damp cloth. Brass and walnut take a dry cloth only — polish strips the brass finish, and moisture marks the wood.

Design Style
French Vintage Mid-Century Modern Transitional Art Deco Warm Glam
Both sizes spread wide on a shallow 13.7″ body, which suits a dining table or entry hall better than a narrow space — the fixture reads horizontal rather than dropping into the room. Hang the bottom of the shades 30–36″ above a table. In a hallway or over open floor, keep at least 7 ft of clearance and account for the chain when working out the total drop.
Cognac glass warms everything near it, so it sits naturally with walnut and oak furniture, cream or plaster walls, brass hardware, and darker paint colors that would flatten a clear-glass fixture. On a dimmer the crackle glass is at its best — low output turns each shade into a cluster of small amber points rather than one bright source. Three heads or five?
The two are only 2.7″ apart in width, so this is a question of light output and density more than footprint. Five heads fill a six-seat table or a double-height entry; three keep the fixture quieter over a round table or in a bedroom. If the room already has other light sources, three is usually enough — if this is the only fixture in a dining room, choose five.
Will US bulbs fit the sockets?
Yes. The sockets take E26 or E27, which are cross-compatible, so standard US replacement bulbs thread straight in. Warm white 3000K LED bulbs are included, and the ceiling is 40W incandescent or the LED equivalent per socket.
Will the crackle pattern match the photos?
Not exactly. Crackle is created in the glass itself, so the fracture lines differ between shades — including between the shades on a single fixture. Depth of the cognac tint can also vary slightly. That variation is what keeps the light from looking machine-made, and it’s most visible when the fixture is dimmed.
