Kami takes its name from folded paper, and the shade holds that idea: a pleated skirt that catches shadow along every crease, so a shallow dome stops looking flat. We set it inside a plain rim to hold the pleats taut and left the edge of the fold visible all the way round. It’s a small fixture, and the pleating is the reason it still registers in a room. The colourways stay soft, so the shape does the talking.
