Where does this sconce work best?
At L 9.4″ × H 11″ the Clementine is a compact art glass sconce that brings a jewel-toned glow to powder rooms, hallways, bedsides and entryways. Mount a pair to frame a mirror or console, or pair it with the Clementine Long Tiered Glass Chandelier for a coordinated look.
How high should I mount it?
Mount the center of the sconce around eye level, roughly 150–165 cm / 59–65″ from the floor. Flanking a vanity mirror, place a sconce on each side about 36–40″ apart; as a bedside light, place it so the bottom sits about 15–25 cm / 6–10″ above the top of the mattress. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box and controlled by an external wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This sconce takes E14 or E12 bulbs. Use small LED candle or globe bulbs at about 3–5W in warm white (2700 K) so the colored glass glows richly without glare. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →
How do I clean the glass panels?
Dust the panels regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster. For fingerprints or haze, wipe individual panels with a barely-damp microfiber cloth and dry them straight away – never spray cleaner onto the fixture. Switch off and let the bulbs cool first.
