Embodying a mix of modern traditional style and warm minimalism, the Cavendish Semi Ceiling Mount brings clean geometry and refined contrast to low-ceiling spaces. Three radiating arms extend from a central hub and low-profile canopy, each holding a drum-shaped white fabric shade detailed with a distinct black border trim along the top and bottom edges. The fabric diffusers filter a soft, glare-free ambient glow that provides functional, even illumination across the room.

What room size does it suit?
With a 36″ spread and just 11″ of height, the Cavendish is made for rooms where a pendant would hang too low — living rooms, bedrooms and family rooms of roughly 14 × 16 ft up to 16 × 20 ft. Its three-arm layout spreads light wide, so a single fixture can serve as the main ceiling light in a medium-to-large room.
Will it work with my ceiling height?
Yes — it is designed for low ceilings. On an 8 ft ceiling the fixture leaves about 7 ft 1 in (215 cm) of clearance beneath it, comfortably above the recommended 7 ft minimum for walkways; it also suits ceilings up to about 9 ft. It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
The fixture takes three E14 or E12 bulbs. Use LED candle bulbs at about 4–5W each in warm white (2700 K); the white fabric shades diffuse them into a soft, glare-free glow. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →
How do I clean the shades and frame?
Dust the fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum brush attachment on low; spot-clean a mark with a barely-damp cloth and let it air-dry, taking care around the black trim. Wipe the arms, hub and canopy with a soft, dry cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners. Switch off at the wall and let the bulbs cool first.
