Cangas Alabaster Wall Sconce.
Anchored by a clean circular canopy and an elegant arched gooseneck arm in warm brass, the Cangas Alabaster Wall Sconce descends into a tapered conical shade hand-carved from genuine, semi-translucent alabaster. Striking the perfect balance between vintage-inspired sophistication and warm minimalism, this tactile wall lamp brings tailored elegance to modern interiors – whether flanking a primary bathroom vanity mirror, transforming a moody powder room, accenting a serene bedside reading nook or lining an architectural hallway gallery.
Each shade is hand-carved natural alabaster – its veining, translucency and tone vary by piece, so your sconce will differ slightly from the photos, and no two are alike.

Questions, answered.
Where does this sconce work best?
At ∅ 5.9″ × H 9.4″, the Cangas is a compact gooseneck sconce that directs light downward – ideal flanking a bathroom vanity mirror, in a powder room, beside a bed or reading chair, or in a row along a hallway gallery.
How high should I mount it?
Mount the center of the sconce around eye level, roughly 150–165 cm / 59–65″ from the floor. Flanking a vanity mirror, place a sconce on each side about 36–40″ apart; as a bedside light, place it so the shade sits about 15–25 cm / 6–10″ above the top of the mattress. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box and controlled by an external wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This sconce takes an E26 or E27 bulb. Use a compact LED bulb such as an A15 or small globe at about 5–7W in warm white (2700 K), and check it fits inside the conical shade. Warm light glows through the alabaster and brings out its veining. Bulbs are not included. E26 vs E27 guide →
How do I care for the alabaster?
Alabaster is a soft, porous natural stone – clean it with a soft, dry cloth only and never use water, sprays or cleaning products, which can mark or dull the surface. Wipe the brass arm with a soft, dry cloth as well. Switch off at the wall and let the bulb cool first. Natural veining and tonal variations are part of the stone’s character, not a defect.
