The Carneros takes the ceiling light seriously as a design object. The
stacked cylindrical resin body references the proportional play of modern sculpture —
each tier slightly offset in scale, creating a form that has depth and shadow even when
the lamp is off. The glass canopy sits cleanly above it, flush to the ceiling. When lit,
the resin diffuses the bulb into a soft, even glow that fills the room without directionality.
Red, Green, or Black — three colors that each make a different statement in the overhead
zone, all using the same geometric form. A main light that doesn’t ask the room to
pretend it isn’t there.
A Form Worth Looking Up At
The stacked cylindrical resin body has proportion and depth in daylight — each tier creates a horizontal shadow line against the one below. Most ceiling fixtures look like hardware when the light is off. The Carneros reads as a sculptural object at any hour, which is most of the time.
Resin Diffusion — Soft and Even
The resin body wraps the bulb in a material that diffuses the output evenly in every direction. No bright center, no visible filament, no shadows at the room’s edges. The light fills the space the way a room should be lit — without asking you to notice where it’s coming from.
15 cm Deep — Low Ceiling Ready
At only 15 cm in profile depth, the Carneros sits flush enough for any ceiling height — apartments, hallways, bedrooms where a pendant would feel impractical. The 30 cm diameter fills the overhead zone without overwhelming it. A compact form that punches above its size in design presence.
Living Room
Even ambient coverage plus a sculptural focal point overhead. Black reads architectural against a white ceiling, Green adds an organic note, Red is the room’s boldest color choice.

The flat profile suits a bedroom where a pendant would project too far. Resin diffusion keeps the light soft; on a dimmer it shifts from functional to atmospheric. Green is especially calm here.
