Inspiration
The Mavero Table Lamp is a wooden stacking toy with a mushroom cap on top. The stem is a column of painted beads threaded one over the other, a flat disc, a round ball, another disc, each in a different bright color, exactly the way a child’s stacking rings go onto their post and never in a sober order. On top sits a ribbed opal shade shaped like a mushroom cap, with a green plastic crown and one last ball as the button. The whole thing stands on a glossy half-dome base in the lamp’s main color, and the touch switch is a single small metal dot on the front of that dome. Lit, the ribs in the shade show as fine light and dark stripes.

FAQ
How is it powered?
Through the USB cable supplied; plug it into a USB wall adapter, a laptop or a power bank. There is no mains cord to hide.
How do the three colors work?
Tap the metal dot on the base once to turn on, then tap again to step from warm white to neutral to cool white; a longer hold turns it off. Warm suits bedtime, cool suits homework.
Is 5W bright enough to read by?
Yes at a nightstand or a small desk: the opal cap spreads the light in a soft pool about a meter across. It is not meant to light a whole room.
Do the bead colors match the base?
Each of the three lamps has its own bead sequence (see photos); the base and finial set the main color, and the shade and green crown are the same on all three.
