Rice Paper Floor Lamp — Warm Japanese Lantern Light, No Installation
A standing column of paper light: the rice paper floor lamp glows from floor level and softens a whole corner the way candlelight does. Hand-bonded washi over a steel frame, in multiple heights and silhouettes.
No installation at all — set it down, plug it in, switch it on. The featherweight shade moves easily between living room, bedroom and office whenever the layout changes.
Handcrafted Washi Paper: each shade is hand-bonded from mulberry-bark paper over a steel frame. Slight texture variations and minor glue traces along the edges are characteristics of the handcraft — not defects. Every piece is genuinely individual.
