Where does this lamp work best?
At ∅ 15.7″, the Bofea suits bedrooms, nurseries, home offices and smaller living areas of roughly 10 × 10 ft to 12 × 14 ft, as well as entryways and hallways that call for a softer, more decorative light.
Will it work with my ceiling height?
Yes – at 11.8″ (30 cm) tall it leaves about 7 ft (214 cm) of clearance on an 8 ft ceiling, meeting the recommended minimum for walkways. It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This lamp takes E26 or E27 bulbs. Use A19/A60 LED bulbs at about 8–10W in warm white (2700 K); the glass shade softens them into a warm, flattering glow. Bulbs are not included. E26 vs E27 guide →
How do I clean it?
Wipe the glass shade with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth and dry it straight away; never spray cleaner directly onto the fixture. Wipe the wood with a soft, dry cloth and avoid water, polishes and abrasive cleaners. Switch off at the wall and let the bulbs cool first.
