Where does this sconce work best?
At L 11.8″ × W 4.7″ × H 24.8″ the Gingko is a statement sconce with a slim profile — it projects just 4.7″ from the wall, so it suits hallways, stairways and bedsides as well as living and dining rooms. Its botanical brass silhouette reads beautifully in vintage, Art Nouveau and organic modern interiors; mount a pair to frame a bed, mirror or console.
How high should I mount it?
Mount it so the center of the shade sits around eye level (150–165 cm / 59–65″ from the floor); as a bedside light, place it so the shade sits roughly 15–25 cm / 6–10″ above the top of the mattress. At 24.8″ tall, allow enough clearance above for the full leaf frame. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box and controlled by an external wall switch (not included).
What bulbs do you recommend?

How do I clean the brass frame and fabric shade?
Dust the fabric shade with a soft brush or a vacuum brush attachment on low; spot-clean a mark with a barely-damp cloth and let it air-dry. Wipe the brass leaves with a soft, dry cloth — avoid polishes and abrasive cleaners, which can strip the aged finish. Switch off and let it cool first.
